About the Reporting Act​

The Beneficial Ownership Information Reporting is a new filing requirement for over 33 million small businesses. There are only a handful of exclusions, the filing is NOT restricted to 1 time ever or even once per year, and the report is NOT limited to the owners of the business!

For those with filing requirements, our Filing Team will work with you to identify which individuals will need to be presented on the Beneficial Ownership Information reports.
